Sumo, but not wrestling

Via the Creative Commons weblog, the Mozilla Firefox team have launched Project SUMO into alpha. Firefox Knowledge Base Alpha will serve as a central repository for manuals and other information about the second most popular web browser in the world. It will also eventually incorporate live help features such as chat windows so users can get the most out of their browsing experience.

The folks at Mozilla have also just released a loosely connected group of applications targeted at students which they’re marketing as “Firefox Campus Edition”.
